My coworker just pointed me in the direction of this site:
threadless.com

Apparently designers submit t-shirt ideas, people vote, and the popular votes get turned into t-shirts. This gal was wearing this shirt: threadless.com/product/11...n_the_Attic which looks even cooler in person!
